Our mission is to help support high school graduates with exceptional promise in the medium of sound. The fund seeks individuals who are dedicated to their talents, committed to continue their education and share some of the personal traits of Jake: enthusiasm for the creation of music, an appetite for adventure and an unending love for his friends, family and community.
What We've Achieved
- In 2013 JFMAF was formed.
- In 2014 JFMAF gave out 2 scholarships to AHS
graduating seniors
- In 2015 JFMAF gave out 3 scholarships to AHS
graduating seniors
- In 2015 JFMAF in collaboration with Belly Up, produced it’s 2nd concert to promote and showcase
local musical artists.
- In 2016 JFMAF expands scholarship opportunities to Basalt High School graduating seniors.
- In 2017 JFMAF awarded 3 Scholarships to AHS graduating seniors, 1 scholarship to BHS graduating senior
- In 2018 JFMAF partners with JAS to expand scholarships to Carbondale and Glenwood Springs high schools.
