Real World Knowledge = Confidence

We believe the JFMAF/JAS Fund can launch itself outside the realm of a single state and become a nationwide music scholarship by 2025. To grow any non-profit model, the concept needs to be scalable. The stand-alone scholarship model is only scalable through expanding the finances on the bottom line of the ledger. As this is solid component and will continue to be, a more valuable asset to encourage young talent in the arts is through MENTORSHIP.

To that end, we are enlisting a group of “true professionals” in the music and sound industry to be our Mentors. This group will interact with our awardees to gain “real world’ knowledge, ideas and guidance. The opportunity to have this type of contact with a true professional is “priceless” and most importantly will have more lasting impact in believing in one’s choices and realizing their dreams. Mentors are living proof of reality and possibility. Add the financial support and we create the rocket fuel for real potential in future talent.

You can’t knock on opportunity’s door and not be ready.
